Two weeks to go...oh my god!!!

Have you ever written an entire posting and then it gets deleted because you're a tool and you don't know how to work a blog??? No, well I have. GRRRRR.

Anyhoo, well a lot has happened in the last couple of weeks since my last posting (okay lets be serious it was my first and only posting). First off I have a job!!! Wooeee, it's with a company called HESS and I'll be living in a smaller city called Hsinchu or Hsin Chu on the north western part of Taiwan about an hour and a half away from Taipei. It's called the "windy city", well see if that's true or not soon. I have contract B with the company which if you're really interested about learning about you can on the HESS website www.hess.com.tw . In a nutshell I'll be teaching kindergarten in the morning and tutoring primary students in the afternoon.


Also I am now offically a single gal, so watch out all of you post-med students travelling around Taiwan trying to "find" yourself, I'm a coming. I know that some of my family members (you know who you are) are worried about me travelling alone, but be rest assured that I'm more excited then nervous at this point. Just today I bought myself a nice tacky canadian back-pack at shoppers drug mart, so everyone will know that I'm a nice little Canadian girl and not an American. The things that I know I'll miss is of course all of you guys (really there's prob like one person reading this) and my lulu lemon and starbucks. Other than that I'm good to go.

Another fun thing has happen in the last month since my last posting and that's Shannon's wedding. Here's a cute picture of the two of us. It was full of a little cake drama and some major dehydration, but all in all it was really beautiful.
